²³ On that very day Abraham took his son Ishmael and all those born in his household^(A) or bought with his money, every male in his household, and circumcised them, as God told him.^(B)

²⁵ But Zipporah^(A) took a flint knife, cut off her son’s foreskin^(B) and touched Moses’ feet with it.^[a] “Surely you are a bridegroom of blood to me,” she said.
